Requirements :
- NQF Level 6/7 in Economics, Development Economics /Business Administration/ Public Administration or equivalent qualification as recognized by SAQA. 2-3 years experience in a BBBEE environment. Duties :
- Monitoring and evaluation of the progress on the attainment of targets by Private Sector and Civil Society assist in the development of presentation of B-BBEE strategy to the provincial departments and municipalities. Collate B-BBEE information/data. Organize B-BBEE interventions and opportunities workshops. Develop and implement B-BBEE targets. Compile and update the list of GPG B-BBEE stakeholders for both Public and private/Civil sectors. Provide advisory and administrative support to GPG entities (Departments, Agencies and Municipalities) and Private/ Civil society Stakeholders. Liaise with internal/external stakeholders in organizing B-BBEE for a/Imbizos. Assist in the development and reviewing of compliance to B-BBEE strategy. Coordinate and manage projects. Assist internal communication and research units to ensure the developed B-BBEE strategy is communicated. Define employee needs of the function. Recruit, appoint, and develop employees. Performance manages, reward and discipline employees.

Requirements :
- A Grade 12 Matric Certificate One to two years’ experience in a management support services preferably within an office of the Director/ Chief Director. Computer Literacy, High level of reliability, Ability to act with tact and discretion, Ability to do research and analyse documents and situations. Knowledge of the relevant legislation/ policies/ prescripts and procedures and Basic knowledge of financial administration.
Duties :
- Receive and process telephone calls. Take enquiries for line managers and follow-up on responses. Perform advanced typing work. Operate office equipment, e.g. fax machines and photocopiers. Log calls to report faulty office equipment. Record the engagements of the Chief Director. Manage the diaries of the Chief Director. Interpret and apply relevant Public Service prescripts and policies. Keep abreast of prescripts, policies and procedures applicable to secretarial work to ensure efficient and effective support to the Director. Provide information and document management service. Sort, file and store manual and electronic documentation in line with relevant legislation and policies. Compile reports, e.g. progress reports, monthly reports and management reports. Check submissions / reports and make notes and /or recommendations for the Director. Respond to enquiries received from internal and external stakeholders. Draft documents as required. Clarify instructions and notes on behalf of the Director. Coordinate travel arrangements for the Chief Director. Manage the leave register for the Chief Directorate. Order and keep stationery. Coordinate and manage the safe keeping of equipment, branding and promotional materials. Prepare briefing notes for the Chief Director as required. Record minutes/decisions and communicate to relevant role-players and follow-up on progress made. Coordinate logistical arrangements for the meetings. Collect and coordinate all the documents that relate to the Chief Director’s budget. Keep record of expenditure commitments, monitor expenditure and advise the Chief Director of possible over and under spending. Coordinate the MTEF allocations with the requested budget and inform the Chief Director of changes.
