HandyMetrics Corporation is looking for a Customer Success Associate who cares deeply about helping others and is comfortable solving problems with technology. The successful candidate will serve as an ambassador for our company by interacting with clients, managing relationships and provide clear and thoughtful written and spoken communication to foster long-term relationships and build community.

Please note: This position requires the candidate to work from home, using their own computer and internet services. The candidate is required to work during a 7.5 hour time slot sometime between the hours of 8:00 Eastern Time – 18:00 Eastern Time (candidate to choose hours within that period). The position is 100% in English and requires excellent English skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Support and Training
  • Triage and manage client issues and tickets,
  • Reply to client emails and phone calls to help them with their support issues,
  • Lead monthly webinars,
  • Lead customer initiatives (courses, workshops…)
  • Client Success Program
  • Create learning and teaching collateral for clients
  • Account Management:
  • Monitor client activity usage,
  • Reach out to clients,
  • Send client renewals,

What you can offer:

EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor or equivalent degree in an area that requires strong writing and critical thinking skills OR
  • 3+ years employment experience, preferably in a customer service and training and account management

APTITUDE

  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Excellent time management;
  • Takes pleasure in structuring / organizing unstructured ideas and content;
  • Comfortable problem solving with new technology;
  • High energy, initiative and a strong work ethic;

INTERPERSONAL

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in the English language;
  • Perceptive / strong empathy for clients / good at ‘reading’ situations over email / phone;
  • Able to advocate for clients and take ownership for their experience;
  • Know how to navigate and defuse awkward or difficult situations;
  • Able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively with a team;

Compensation:

This is a full-time, continuing position. Compensation will be 13 500 Rand gross earnings per month. Please note that this is an independent contractor position and the candidate will be responsible for remitting their own taxes. We recommend seeking professional advice regarding taxation, should you move to the final round of interviews.
